Subliminal messages are a powerful weapon in the battle against misery monsters.  Why?  Because subliminal messages turn your subconscious mind into a superhero ready to pummel the enemies of an unleashed life. 

Subliminal means “below the threshold of consciousness.”  So subliminal messages are communication sent directly to the subconscious mind. 

The subconscious mind is a great place to send positive messages.  Why?  Because the subconscious mind is the part of your brain that controls your actions.  And here you thought you were in control…..

A man named Dr James Vicary conducted the most famous experiment with subliminal messages several decades ago.  He flashed the words “I want popcorn” and “Drink more coke” in front of a movie audience for just 100-milliseconds.
